1. Who We Are

Three33 LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

Three33 LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Three33 (Pty) Ltd, a South African company, which operates the business on our behalf and therefore processes your information as our service provider. Your information is handled by staff and systems located in South Africa. See section 7.

2. What We Collect

Information you give us

• Name, email address and, where requested, phone number and country, entered at checkout.
• Billing details required to complete a purchase.
• Anything you send us in an email, reply, or support request.

Information collected automatically

• IP address, approximate location derived from it, device, browser, and operating system.
• Pages viewed, time on page, scroll depth, clicks, and session recordings.
• Referring URL and advertising campaign parameters, including UTM tags and click identifiers.
• Email opens and link clicks in messages we send you.

3. Cookies, Analytics and Advertising

This site loads the following third-party services, each of which sets its own cookies or identifiers:

• Google Analytics — traffic and conversion measurement.
• Microsoft Clarity — session replay and heatmaps.
• Meta Pixel — advertising measurement and audience building.
• Wistia and Vimeo — video hosting and playback statistics.
• Stripe and CheckoutJoy — checkout, payment processing and fraud prevention.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalised advertising through your Meta and Google account settings. Blocking cookies may stop parts of this site working.

4. Why We Use It

• To deliver the product you paid for and give you access to it.
• To provide support and answer your questions.
• To take payment and keep records of the transaction.
• To measure which advertising and pages produce sales, and to improve them.
• To send marketing about related products, where the law permits it and until you opt out.
• To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

5. Marketing

If you buy from us or ask us for something, we may email you about related products. Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and opting out takes effect for all marketing email. Opting out does not stop messages about an order you have placed or access you already hold.

6. Who We Share It With

We share personal information only with service providers who process it on our behalf: our parent company Three33 (Pty) Ltd, payment processors, our CRM and email platform, analytics and advertising platforms, video hosting, and professional advisers where required.

We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

7. Where It Goes

We are a United States company, and our operations are conducted from South Africa by our parent company acting as our service provider. Other service providers operate in the United States, the European Union and elsewhere.

Your information will be transferred to and processed in South Africa, and may be processed in other countries outside the one you live in. Where we transfer information across borders we do so under the protections required by applicable law, including, for transfers originating in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. How Long We Keep It

We keep customer and transaction records for as long as the law requires, which for US federal tax records is a minimum of seven years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Analytics data is kept according to each platform’s own retention settings.

9. Your Rights

You may ask us to:

• give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you,
• correct it where it is wrong,
• delete it, where we are not required to keep it,
• stop using it for marketing,
• object to or restrict a particular use.

If you are in the United States: several states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and Texas, give residents statutory privacy rights. We honour a valid request from a resident of any US state, you may appoint an authorised agent to make a request for you, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising a right.

If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area: you have rights under the UK or EU GDPR, including data portability and the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

If you are in South Africa: you have rights under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA), and may complain to the Information Regulator.

If you believe we have handled your information unlawfully, you may complain to your own local supervisory authority.

10. Security

We hold personal information on access-controlled systems and limit who can reach it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

Our products are sold to business owners and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, write to us and we will delete it.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the effective date above shows when it last changed.
